Effective date: February 1, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website inspiremindbody.com (the “Site”), operated by Inspire Mind & Body, PLLC (“Inspire Mind & Body,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Informational purpose only — not medical advice
The content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Reading content on the Site does not create a clinician-patient relationship. A clinician-patient relationship is established only after a formal intake, consent, and evaluation.
If you think you may have a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 — the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
2. No PHI through the Site
The Site is not a channel for transmitting protected health information (PHI). Do not send diagnoses, medication details, treatment histories, or other sensitive health information through contact forms, comment fields, or general email. Clinical communication takes place only through our HIPAA-compliant patient portal and through our booking partner, Headway.
3. Scope of practice
Nina Ali, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC is licensed to practice in the State of Texas. Clinical services — whether in person at our Sugar Land office or by telehealth — are provided only to patients who are physically located in Texas at the time of the visit. We confirm your location at the start of each telehealth visit; if you are outside Texas, the visit cannot proceed.
4. Appointments and scheduling
Requests submitted through the Site or through our booking partner are not confirmed appointments until we respond in writing or the booking system generates a confirmation. Appointment requests do not establish a clinician-patient relationship.
5. Insurance, payment, and financial responsibility
Information about accepted insurance plans or self-pay rates is provided for general guidance only. Coverage, eligibility, copays, co-insurance, and deductibles are ultimately determined by your insurance plan. Please verify with your insurer before your first visit.
Payment for services rendered is the responsibility of the patient or the patient’s legal guardian, regardless of insurance coverage. As a courtesy, we (through our billing partner Headway) will verify coverage and submit claims, but you remain responsible for any balance your insurer does not pay, for services deemed not medically necessary by your plan, for services rendered before insurance authorization was obtained, and for any balances arising from policy cancellation. Disputes between you and your insurer about coverage are between you and your insurer; we are not a party to that contract.
6. Cancellation and no-show policy
We reserve appointment time specifically for you. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside the 48-hour window, or missed appointments, will be billed a flat $75 late-cancellation fee. Late-cancellation and no-show fees are not covered by insurance and are billed directly to the patient. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a no-show at the clinician’s discretion. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may lead to discharge from the practice, with assistance in finding another provider.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including our booking partner (Headway), professional directories (Psychology Today), and educational resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites.
